Tim O'Neil - Owner

Tim has taught over 3000 students from around the world at his facility in New Hampshire, and at specialty driving and racing schools in Europe. In Tim's racing history, he has acquired 5 Championships, enough to prove his ability. Using production class cars, Tim has shown many, that indeed production or "slow" cars can become very fast. Team O'Neil is Tim's vision.

       
 
Chuck - Director of Training / Lead Instructor
Retired from Military Service, he is a specialist in teaching and training a wide variety of student types. He has seen first hand how these skills save lives. Chuck is also very involved in teaching new instructors and continuously improving our training.
       
 
Sharon - Human Resource Specialist
Sharon has been with us for several years and handles a variety of complex office tasks. Among her duties are hiring and personnel management, payroll, accounting and helping to answer the phones. We keep her busy!
       
 
Kathy - Student Data Clerk

Kathy is responsible for creating all the professional looking student materials and she is integral to the professional face of Team O'Neil. Kathy is also one fast rally-Xer and a dedicated rally volunteer.
       
       
       
Fleet Maintenance & Technicians
       
 
Tom - Fleet Manager

As our fleet manager Tom has done an incredibly good job at maintaining our constantly growing fleet of vehicles. Through tireless days and backbreaking work, Tom is there with his technicians making sure the job is done right and fast!

       
 
Cedar - Technician
Cedar adds a new level of professionalism to our shop. His hard working ethic keeps him busy and often out of sight, but the work gets done and we are happy to have him.

       
 
Mark - Technician
WIth a diverse background Mark has worked on boats, planes, and automobiles for many decades. He is a recent transplant to New Hampshire and is always there with a smile on his face and a story if you need it!

       
 
Rob C - Fabricator

Rob has been with us from the beginning. He's the reason our cars are safe and has been essential in our growth. He works on converting street cars into rally machines by adding roll cages and other safety features.
       
 
Chris - Fabricator

A local talent with endless potential. Chris has a varied background ranging from high performance chassis builds to the ultra abused Team O'Neil rally car. His fabrication skills are essential to the safety and performance of our fleet.
       
       
Instructors
       
 
Mike - Assistant Director of Training / Lead Instructor

Mike recently retired from the NH State Police where he taught emergency vehicle operations to police officers and troopers for the last nineteen years. Mike helped develop the EVOC course for the NH State Police and was the chief instructor of the program for the last several years. Mike loves teaching driving and looks forward to teaching for years to come with Team O'Neil.
       
 
Wyatt - Lead Instructor

Wyatt has been with Team O'Neil for over 5 years and has come through the ranks from mowing lawns to water boy to a valued member of our instructor staff. With a passion for racing, Wyatt is a current rally driver and an aspiring champion.
       
 
Jay - Lead Instructor

Jay has been an off-road driving instructor for Porsche, Land Rover and the 4x4 Center. In addition he is also an off-road instructor for BMW motorcycles. He brings a varied and extensive background to our school and is a valued asset of our team.
       
 
Chris - Instructor

Chris joins Team O'Neil following a long and adventurous career as a Land Rover Driving Instructor and vehicle restoration expert. Having conquered the challenges of off-road driving and gaining the reputation as a knowledgeable and serene instructor, Chris was ready to try his hand at the world of rallying - and, certainly has found his newest venture - teaching rally driving and serving as a vital member at Team O'Neil.
       
 
Kevin - Instructor

For the past several years Kevin has been working as a driving instructor for several different schools that provide off-road driving instruction. Kevin combined his professional instructor experience with his love of rally and came to Team O'Neil to be part of a unique and fun learning environment. Kevin is a great asset to our newly expanded off-road program.
       
 
Chris - Instructor

As our youngest student ever (we started training him at 11), and a 4 time rally champion, Chris is a great asset to Team O'Neil. Not only is he talented as a driver, but also gifted as an instructor.
       
 
Alan - Instructor

With Alan's mechanical background and patience, he is well respected by students and colleagues alike.
       
 
Eric - Instructor

With his background as a Army crew chief and helicopter mechanic, Eric brings a methodical approach that complements Team O'Neil's stepped instructional technique. It didn't hurt that he was already working to immerse himself in the world of rallying - a dream he'd had for years.
       
 
Forest - Instructor
Forest has experience in all facets of rally - from co-driving, to working events, to team management - his organizational skills and experience in the sport make him an invaluable member of the Team O'Neil Team.

       
 
Travis - Instructor
Travis is a full time instructor for many types of driving programs all over of the US. As a multiple championship driver in road racing, rally, rally-X, and Solo II Autocross, he is able to bring a wide range of knowledge and varied experience to Team O'Neil.

 
       
 
Chris R - Instructor
Chris is a New Hampshire native with a lot of experience in trail and road building. With a driven personality and a calm demeanor, his balanced judgment will serve him well into the future. He loves rallying and is excited to be a part of our crew!
