The White Mountains of New Hampshire are world-renowned for their beauty, outdoor activities, and hospitality.  You’re sure to find a multitude of things to do outside of your time spent driving at the rally school, and we’d be happy to give you a list of other activities and attractions based on the season.  Skiing, hiking, mountain biking, boating, fishing, shopping, spas, horse riding, and many other options are available throughout the year. We’d be happy to point you and your family in the right direction if you’re looking for recreation in the area.

Modern, easy drive to school, located near Main St. Littleton. 15 Minutes from the school. Team O’Neil discount.

Mountain View Grand

World Class Grand Hotel, golf, spa, etc. Fine dining and tavern fare.  Excellent for groups or students traveling with guests. Less other dining options in close proximity. 25 Minutes from the school. Team O’Neil discount.

Mount Washington Resort

World Class Grand Hotel and resort, golf, x-country skiing, spa, etc. Fine dining and tavern fare. Iconic New England lodging property. Easy access to Mount Washington Region, Bretton Woods Ski Area. 45 min from school.

Thayer’s Inn

Historic hotel, affordable, located in downtown Littleton. Very easy drive to school, walking distance to all Littleton activities and a wide variety of dining options.

Adair Inn

Upscale historic and romantic inn and restaurant located in Bethlehem, 15 min drive to school. Ideal for those looking for a high-end experience with fine dining.

Sugar Hill Inn

Located in beautiful Sugar Hill about 20 minutes from the school.  The Inn offers both rooms and cottages along with renowned fine dining. A 10% discount is offered to students while attending Team O’Neil, please mention when booking.

 

Restaurants

Schilling Beer Company

Brewery featuring progressive continental European-inspired beers.  Food offerings include rustic Neopolitan-style pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, local meats, cheeses and other plates. Outdoor beer garden and riverfront deck seating available, weather permitting.

Beal House

Classic American tavern fare in a casual atmosphere at reasonable prices. Excellent reviews since recent change in ownership! Just off Littleton Main St.. Lodging is also offered during certain periods.

Reklis Brewing Co.

Brewery with a wide variety of craft beers. Food menu has good small bites and sandwiches. They also have a “Baja Menu” which feature some of the best Mexican Food around. Fun and energetic atmosphere.

Littleton Free House

Spacious, rustic bar/restaurant located on the Ammonoosuc River in Littleton. Standard tavern fare with a large variety of draft beer and cocktails.

Chang Thai

Excellent Thai food, not too expensive, be sure to ask if you want it spicy.

Rosa Flamingos

Family restaurant upstairs, bar atmosphere downstairs. Great food and good times. Located in Bethlehem.

Littleton Diner

Popular breakfast destination. Serving lunch and dinner as well.

Grandma’s Kitchen

Simple option if staying at the Mountain View Grand or near Whitefield, NH. Home cooked diner food has made them famous with locals and tourists alike.

Activities

Franconia Notch State Park

Take the tram to the summit of Cannon Mountain, rent a canoe or kayak, go for a swim, visit The Flume, hop on the Appalachian Trail… During the winter months it’s home to Cannon Mountain one of New England’s most challenging ski areas. If you like the outdoors, Franconia Notch has something for you.

Bretton Woods Resort

An outstanding ski area with plenty of other activities year-round including night skiing, zip-lines and more.

To the north of Team O’Neil is some of the most pristine regions on the east coast of the United States. This site will give you an overview of everything between our school and the Canadian border.

Mt. Washington Regional Airport

Located in close proximity to the rally school, the airport is open year-round to small and mid-sized planes. Helicoptor rides are also offered on select dates and with reservations.

Visit Littleton NH

Our local town has a lot to offer and is quickly becoming one of New England’s classic Main St downtown destinations.

Horseback Riding

Scenic trail rides in the beautiful Easton Valley, minutes from I-93 in Franconia NH.

Biking and Paddle Boarding

Moose Tours

Moose are quite common in the White Mountains, and there are organized moose tours that give you the best chance of seeing one of these majestic animals.
