Team O’Neil Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Team O’Neil offers refunds with no penalty on cancellations made 90 days or more in advance of scheduled course dates. Following that time, no refunds will be processed, but course dates may be changed 90-30 days before a class, and are subject to administrative fees. Students can establish a credit with Team O’Neil for future use, minus administrative fees.
Cancellations made 90-30 days in advance of a course are subject to a 25% administrative fee (remaining funds can be applied to future courses). Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of a course are non-refundable. Notice of cancellation and/or rescheduling your course must be given via email, to [email protected].
Course spots are fully-transferable, students may notify Team O’Neil of a replacement by emailing [email protected] at anytime prior to the beginning of their course with no cost or penalty.
If a student does not arrive for their course they will forfeit 100% of the cost of the course with no refund.
Team O’Neil does offer the ability to pay a 50% deposit when booking a course. The remaining 50% will come due 14 days in advance of the course date.
PRS New England Competition:
Entrants agree that they are familiar with the basic rules of the Precision Rifle Series and will compete either in the Open, Tactical, or Production Class. They also must be physically capable of hiking short distances on uneven terrain. Competition entry is non-refundable at anytime.
Team O’Neil Rally School reserves the right to change the terms of these policies at any time and without written notice.
